Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for orders over £1,000 anywhere in the UK mainland. For all other orders we have detailed the appropriate delivery charge.
We only use professional carriers and for all furniture items our service is a two man delivery at all times so that you don't need to be involved in any lifting. The delivery men will carry the goods into your house and place them exactly where you want them. They will also remove the packaging if you wish and for an additional supplement they will remove any unwanted furniture or deliver on Saturdays. Supplements can be arranged when you are contacted to book the delivery in to you and any supplements are paid direct to the carrier.
Damages or Shortages
Please note that it is your responsibility to check the goods for any damage or shortages and record any problems on the delivery receipt. If the item is badly damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately. Fantastic FURNITURE does not accept any responsibility for lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being incorrect, delayed or postponed.
Will the items fit?
Please consider not just the position in which you intend to place the furniture but the access in order to get it there. All of our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects and should any problems arise we will arrange to attend to the problem as a matter of urgency at our cost.
