Your prices are not expensive, how do your products compare in terms of quality?
Our products are hand selected from leading manufacturers and constantly monitored to meet our own exacting standards, we wouldn't enjoy what we do if the products weren't of the finest quality.

Do you have a showroom?
We are opening a 5,000 square foot showroom in Knutsford, Cheshire in November 2008. We have a warehouse which, although not generally open to the public, is available should you wish to come and touch and feel any product before purchase. Please email or call to make an appointment.

Do you ship abroad?
At this moment in time we are only delivering to the UK mainland, Ireland and Channel Islands. There are carriers we can recommend for delivery outside the UK and we will gladly deliver the goods in to them. They would need to sign the goods off as in perfect condition as we will not replace goods outside of the UK.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be happy to purchase goods from us and know that they look fantastic when they arrive. We therefore offer you a money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the product or the way it looks you can return it within 3 days for your money back*. If the goods you received have been damaged in transit you will need to report this within 24hours so that we can offer you either a full refund or a replacement of the goods. Any manufacturing defects that occur within the first 12 months will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty**.
*Goods returned must be re-packaged in their original packing before being sent back to us in order for us to offer you a money back guarantee. The cost of delivery back to our warehousing for items that have not arrived in to you damaged or with a defect will be deducted from the money we will give back to you, we will cover the cost of the original delivery to you. **Manufacturer’s warranty covers material or structural defects beyond the normal wear and tear associated with the residential use of furniture. We will offer to replace or refund where the conditions meet the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Where are your products made?
Almost all of our products are made in Italy or Germany and almost all of our leather comes from Italy which tends to offer the finest quality on the market.

Why are your prices so low compared to the High Street?
We have invested heavily in an infrustructure that is well automated and commercially driven. We own our own warehousing and we work hard to ensure that any commercial advantage we have is passed on to our customers in lower prices. We never compromise on quality and the result is a business that is sustained on volume and repeat business.

Can we collect and therefore not pay a delivery charge?
Of course. You'll have to make an appointment so that we can have the goods you are interested in ready for you but otherwise you are more than welcome. Our showroom is in Cheshire and our warehousing is in Birkenhead in The Wirral.

Can you buy the Barcelona chair & footstool separately?
We only supply the Barcelona chair and footstool as a combination and besides the set is cheaper than almost all of our competitors offer just the chair for!

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is Free for orders of £1,000 or more delivered to the UK mainland and £1,500 or more for North Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
For orders less than these amounts the following delivery charges apply:

Note: above charges include 20% VAT. We no longer deliver outside of these areas including mainland Europe.
We only use professional carriers and for all furniture items our service is a two man delivery at all times so that you don't need to be involved in any lifting.
The delivery men will carry the goods into your house and place them exactly where you want them. They will also remove the packaging if you wish and for certain postcodes only, they will remove any unwanted furniture or deliver on Saturdays (central London area) - please call for advice and any surplus costs.
Supplements can be arranged when you are contacted to book the delivery in to you and any supplements are paid direct to the carrier.
Any goods that are in stock will be dispatched to our carriers next working day and they will then call you to book the delivery in on a day that is convenient with both parties. On the day prior to the delivery day you have selected you will be able to find out your delivery time within a 2 hour window.

Will your guys assemble furniture?
For the vast majority of our products no assembly is required.
Our carriers do offer an assembly service for most items. This can be arranged as a supplement to our delivery service and is paid for direct to our carriers at the time of booking in the delivery with you.
